Investments Account Consultant



Responsibilities:

As an Investments Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of investor accounts, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and retention.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors through regular communication, updates, social events, social activities, and meetings.

Serving as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing real-time advice and consultancy on their investments.

Identifying new investment opportunities and presenting them to clients, based on their individual risk profiles and financial goals.

Leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills to attract new investors and expand existing client relationships.

Collaborating with internal teams, including research, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Staying abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients and the company.

Participating in networking events and conferences to represent the company and develop new business opportunities.

Preparing regular reports on account performance, investment updates, and client feedback for senior management.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management / sales or a similar role within the sales / investment management industry.

Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.

Able to create documents to present new projects.

Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to appear on social media platforms and making video calls.

Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Comprehensive understanding of various investment products, asset classes, and portfolio management strategies.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investment management software tools.

A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
