Administrative and Personal Assistant (with Basic Financial Support)



Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative and Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive team while assisting with basic financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the financial aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  2. Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, Reports, and letters on behalf of the executives.
  3. Assist in basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, maintaining expense records, and coordinating with the finance team.
  4. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  5. Conduct research and gather data to support various projects and initiatives as assigned.
  6. Assist in the organization and coordination of company events, both internal and external.
  7. Manage personal tasks for the executives, including handling personal appointments and travel arrangements.
  8. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and positive communication.
  9. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and managing incoming calls.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  3. Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology is a plus.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office and scheduling/calendar tools.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  8. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
