Signing a B2B contract between the Dual studies...
We have signed a B2B contract between the Dual studies Program at Al-Quds University and Homyt Company in Ramallah.
A private meeting was held between our company and the DS team, the second explained the idea of the program which was launched in 2015 at Al-Quds University and supported by GIZ.
DS have been implemented to raise the professional level of Palestinian youth and provide good job opportunities for fresh graduate’s students. The DS program aims at bridging the gap between academic education, and the need and requirements of the Palestinian labor market, influenced by the German model and experience integrating the practical training in a work environment in the academic study plan since day one.
During the meeting, we discussed the vision of the program which contains five different specializations needed by the Palestinian market that qualifies students to integrate in the market efficiently.
After analyzing details, our company ensured the importance of DS program since it’s interested in development of student’s experience, which leads to reducing the unemployment rate in the Palestinian labor market. The Homyt confirmed the pleasure to be part of the success of the program and to train students in the company departments.
